 Bonnie is an experienced business executive with an extensive background in the human resources field. She believes that leadership development is a key strategy to build and sustain the success of an organization.

Bonnie understands how organizations work and what it takes to develop high performing leaders. During her ten years as a Vice-President and General Manager of a business unit of an international information management services company, she led the effort to turn around an existing business by launching new service offerings and to establish it as a leading provider of services in its field. Prior to this she had many years of experience as a Vice-President of Human Resources, both in private and public companies, with responsibility for all aspects of the people side of the organizations. Moving into a business leadership role was a deliberate career change, where she successfully adapted her leadership skills. 

Bonnie understands that today’s complex and demanding pace of work provides precious little time for executives to bring along new and emerging leaders. At the same time executives are mindful of the extremely competitive environment for talent and are eager to help their leaders equip themselves for the challenges they face. She is passionate about the importance of effective leadership as a strategy in building successful organizations in a way that creates lasting advantage. Her combined business and human resources experiences gives her the insights and approaches needed to work with executives to develop and implement strategies to develop high performing leaders. She is strategic in her thinking without losing the practical perspective so necessary in supporting leadership development initiatives. She encourages people to develop their authentic leadership style and works well with leaders at all levels. She is highly regarded as a leadership coach.

Bonnie believes in giving back to the community. She has been active for many years as a volunteer at the Board level in not-for-profit organizations and has extensive experience in this sector in the areas of governance, leadership and major fund development, having been Chair of the Board for two independent schools. Bonnie also co-chaired a successful capital fundraising campaign, which raised $3 million.
